As an eStore Curbie, you will retrieve online orders from their put-away locations and transport them to customers. You will work hard, have fun, and uphold our customer service standards. Once eligible, you may become an owner in the company, sharing in the success of H-E-B.

• Use a digital tool to retrieve and review customer orders
• Communicate order changes to customers
• Make necessary adjustments based on customer requests
• Audit orders for bagging, quality, completion, and notes
• Package and transport groceries/merchandise to customer vehicles
• Minimize shrink through careful handling
• Achieve productivity standards

• Gather baskets and pick up trash inside and outside eStore as needed
• Maintain and stock bag areas
• Return product to shelves
• Transfer products between slots to free up carts
• Organize carts and maintain cleanliness within the eStore
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards

• Minimum age 16
• Completion of all required training upon hire (e.g., Alcohol Seller’s Training)
• Customer service skills
• Communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle cross-functional tasks
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

• Perform in a fast-paced environment requiring detail and precision
• Work with customers and stay attentive to their needs
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Work in varying conditions (hot, wet, cold, etc.)
• Constantly walk, reach at waist, grasp, occasionally sit, stand, reach overhead, knees, floor, bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, climb stairs, pivot, push/pull, twist, pinch, perform fine motor movements
• Lift up to 55 lbs or more as required; use manual pallet jack as needed
• Respect personal safe lifting limits
