Our first concept, Fielding's Wood Grill, was named one of the TOP 10 Best New Restaurants of 2013 by the Houston Chronicle and Alison Cook. Fielding's Wood Grill is a best in class all natural wood grill & rotisserie with craft beers, good wines, and scratch cocktails. Our menu includes craft burgers, artisan bread, house ground proteins, amazing salads, and hand spun chef-crafted milk shakes.
We also offer a full bar with craft beer, signature cocktails, and thoughtful wines as well as a complete espresso and coffee bar menu. Lunch and dinner daily, and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.

Job Requirements- 3 years full service and upscale
- Strong salesmanship and verbal communication skills a must
- Strong knowledge of food and new world wine a must
- Knowledge of Aloha system a plus
- Must be a self-starter
