• Provide an exceptional dining experience for guests by greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Follow Operations Standards and Safety Procedures to serve fresh, quality food.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and may rotate across Front Counter, Drive-Thru, or Kitchen.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals in a positive environment.

• Friendly and helpful team members.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• Some high school (or equivalent).
• Food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements; obtained at your expense.

The workspace can be restricted, and long periods of standing are required. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters up to 36 inches to serve customers. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts diplomatically.
