Full‑time position based at Spring, TX (1700 City Plaza Dr, Suite 150).
Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, plus tips.
Required Knowledge,Skills And Abilities
- Ability to learn quickly
- Food handler’s and TABC certification where required
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Greeting customers with a smile and happy demeanor; engaging with and understanding our customers, including identifying and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.
- Maintain complete knowledge of baked goods and the menu.
- Supervise the front‑of‑house while upholding our standards of excellence and hospitality.
- Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to guest complaints in a professional manner and take appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
- Inform the General Manager of any foreseeable shortages before items run out.
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of dining areas while remaining compliant with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances.
- Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality service.
- Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.
- Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback and establishing performance expectations.
- Take orders from guests and pack all retail items and bread orders carefully and efficiently.
- Run food and drinks to customers in a timely fashion.
- Rotate stock using the FIFO method.
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
- Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security.
- Prepare and package food and beverages to our high‑quality standard recipes including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients, or substituted ingredients.
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Reports to: General Manager
FLSA Status: Hourly/Non‑exempt
