Veterinary Technician

Spring House Animal Hospital is currently seeking Veterinary Technician to join their team!

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Veterinary Technician to join our team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work closely with our veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to provide excellent care to patients and clients alike. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine love for animals.

We are hoping to find a candidate who can work both independently and as a team player depending on what the day needs.

• Assist veterinarians during exams, procedures, and surgeries
• Perform blood draws, IV catheter placement, and sample collection
• Administer medications and treatments as directed and have a base knowledge of drugs and administration
• Monitor anesthesia and assist in surgical prep and recovery
• Take and process digital radiographs
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and coworkers
• Provide care and comfort to hospitalized and post‑operative patients
• Help maintain a clean and organized treatment and exam area

• At least 3 years experience in a veterinary hospital (licensed or unlicensed technicians welcome to apply)
• Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
• Compassionate, team‑oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Pay Range $19 — $23 USD
