Join HPE’s Global Brand team and Strategy groups as a Marketing Intern. This internship blends brand-focused responsibilities with strategic market analysis, offering exposure to brand identity, storytelling, creative development, governance, sponsor ships, cross‑channel brand expression, and long‑range market planning. You’ll gain hands‑on experience shaping a global brand while uncovering insights that inform enterprise marketing strategy.
Brand & Creative Support- Learn and apply HPE’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity system.
- Support brand initiatives by completing tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Participate in team meetings, ask clarifying questions, and collaborate across functions.
- Conduct research, organize insights, and prepare clear summaries or recommendations.
- Assist with creative coordination, content development, and brand governance activities.
- Maintain confidentiality around visual identity updates and pre‑launch brand materials.
- Coordinate assets, timelines, and stakeholder inputs to execute global brand campaigns and large‑scale events.
- Ensure consistency across campaign assets, event environments, and supporting communications.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of HPE’s top competitors’ marketing investment strategies and tactics.
- Leverage analyst reports, market intelligence platforms, and public data to understand how competitors allocate budgets, prioritize channels, and deploy campaigns.
- Gather and synthesize data from analyst reports (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC), public filings, earnings calls, and ad‑intelligence platforms.
- Translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations to inform HPE’s marketing strategy.
- Present findings to marketing stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written communication and editorial skills.
- Interest in brand strategy, design, creative development, storytelling, and/or enterprise marketing strategy.
- Curiosity about how brand identity translates into customer and employee experiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; exposure to design tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to translate data into clear, concise insights.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment.
- Real‑world experience shaping a global brand and informing enterprise marketing strategy.
- Exposure to cross‑channel marketing, creative workflows, brand governance, and competitive analysis.
- Mentorship from experienced brand, creative, and strategic marketing professionals.
- Hands‑on experience with industry research resources, stakeholder presentations, and cross‑functional collaboration.
