- Completing, organizing, staging one project at a time
- Working to complete and become proficient in Production Competencies Checklist
- Communicate with Production Manager/Sign Champ Team Members if a problem or issue is noticed
- Follow all Production Quality Control Procedures
- Work diligently in a safe orderly fashion with a sense of controlled urgency
- Help maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace
- No sign shop experience necessary
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check and be able to enter school campuses
- Experience with various printers, laminators, and plotters preferred
- Highly motivated
- Detail oriented/highly organized
- Team player
- Analytical/problem solver
- Excellent communication skills – must be able to communicate with SC Team and customers
- Willingness to learn/improve
