Inventory Lead

Responsible for monitoring and managing in-process and finished goods inventory including finished products, manufactured components, commercial off-the-shelf components, and other raw materials, chemicals, essential production supplies & tools. Collaborate with the Inventory and Warehouse Manager to reconcile discrepancies and identify needed adjustments or corrections. Communicate with Inside Sales, Purchasing Manager, Inventory and Warehouse Manager, and the Production Planner to determine anticipated inventory needs.

Supervise a team of 5 Inventory Clerks to ensure orders are correctly shipped in a timely manner.

• Monitor and manage in-process and finished goods inventory.
• Collaborate with Inventory and Warehouse Manager to reconcile discrepancies.
• Identify and implement necessary inventory adjustments or corrections.
• Communicate with sales, purchasing, and production planning departments to anticipate inventory needs.
• Supervise a team of 5 Inventory Clerks.
• Ensure accurate and timely shipping of orders.

• 4+ years of inventory or warehouse lead experience.
• Proficiency in inventory cycle counts.
• Experience with Netsuite ERP.
• Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Outlook.
• Bilingual capabilities.
• Forklift operation skills.

• Supervisory skills.
• Experience with shipping and receiving.
• Inventory management expertise.

Work in a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility that is currently being renovated and expanded. The position operates on a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 5 am to 5 pm, with every other Saturday required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring, TX.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Spring, TX.
