Maintenance Supervisor
We are seeking an advanced maintenance electrician to join our team at a mid-size fiberglass manufacturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting PLCs, I/Os, limit switches, VFDs, sensors, motors, relays, and more. This role requires prior experience working with control panels, troubleshooting using HMIs, and tracing wires. The position also involves performing hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical maintenance, including repairs to conveyors, chains, bearings, sprockets, cylinders, and valves.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot PLCs, I/Os, limit switches, VFDs, sensors, motors, relays, and other equipment.
- Work with control panels and troubleshoot using HMIs.
- Trace wires and conduct electrical troubleshooting.
- Perform hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain and repair conveyors, chains, bearings, sprockets, cylinders, valves, and more.
- 5+ years of maintenance electrician experience.
- Experience with sensors, VFDs, HMIs, I/Os, relays, fuses, tracing wires, 3‑phase motors, and control panels.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Allen Bradley and/or Omron PLCs is a plus.
- Ability to read ladder logic diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in preventive maintenance and electrical repair.

Work EnvironmentThe position is based in a non‑climate‑controlled manufacturing facility, currently undergoing renovations and expanding production lines. The role is for the night shift, from Monday to Friday, 5 pm to 5 am, with weekends and additional hours as needed.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring, Texas.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 – $35.00 /hr.
