We are seeking a dedicated and flexible professional who is passionate about working with children and is eager to take on administrative responsibilities.

• Greet and assist parents, visitors, and staff in a professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and provide customer service.
• Maintain center paperwork, records, and compliance documentation.
• Support enrollment processes and marketing efforts, including social media updates.

• Classroom Experience in a licensed childcare facility (REQUIRED)
• Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with parents, staff, and children
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Comfortable with basic administrative tasks and technology
• Local in-person and social media marketing experience is a plus
