- Handle all aspects of litigation from case inception to trial.
- Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions and discovery-related matters.
- Conduct and defend depositions, including expert and fact witnesses.
- Manage heavy caseloads and high-value defense litigation.
- Collaborate with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies.
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- 5–7 years of litigation experience, preferably in defense.
- Strong background in complex/high-value personal injury defense cases/ Commercial litigation
- Strong courtroom, deposition, and motion practice experience.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently while working collaboratively within a team.
The annual salary for this position is between $140000– $200,000 annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
