Data Analyst II

Our client, a leading organization in the supply chain and operational sector, is seeking a Data Analyst II to join their team. As a Data Analyst II, you will be part of the Data Analytics Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Data Analyst II

Location: Spring, Texas

Pay Range: Market

• Import, cleanse, validate, and analyze data to support organizational decision-making.
• Develop visual reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from complex data sets.
• Support data quality initiatives and improve data management processes.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
