Kent is looking for a Business Applications Developer to be based on-site in Spring, TX.

You will develop data-driven business applications using Power BI, Airtable, Power Apps, and the broader Microsoft Power Platform, while leveraging strong programming and data engineering fundamentals.

You will offer deep experience designing, building, and deploying enterprise-grade digital solutions across the Microsoft and modern data platform ecosystem. You will have hands‑on experience within the energy sector, preferably supporting major oil and gas operators or major upstream/downstream operations.

• Design, build, and maintain business applications, workflows, dashboards, and automations using:
  • Power BI
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Airtable
• Develop scalable data models, analytical solutions, and ETL/ELT processes supporting high‑volume, enterprise‑grade analytics.
• Integrate business applications with Snowflake and Azure Synapse Analytics platforms.
• Write high‑quality code for application logic, automation, and integration using:
  • SQL
  • Java Script
  • Python
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Implement robust data governance, quality, and validation practices.
• Optimize existing applications and streamline workflows across multiple business units.
• Ensure security, compliance, and alignment with enterprise data architecture standards.
• Contribute to Agile project ceremonies and cross‑functional team planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience building applications and analytics solutions using:
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Airtable
