OverviewWe’re seeking a UX Designer to join a team focused on transforming complex, technical workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design research-driven solutions that simplify how users interact with data and tools, enabling them to focus on solving high-impact challenges.
This role offers the opportunity to work with global users and gain deep insight into scientific and engineering domains, while contributing to a highly collaborative design team.
Key Responsibilities- Design user-centered solutions that improve productivity and simplify technical workflows.
- Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with UX researchers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with user needs.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the team’s design language and standards.
- Participate in design critiques and team discussions to continuously improve design quality.
- Advocate for design best practices and help foster a culture of human-centered design.
- Proven experience in UX design, including user research, wire framing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, design thinking, and impactful user experiences.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing project needs and priorities.
- Willingness to work onsite at the Spring, TX campus.
- Passion for advancing design practices and staying current with industry trends.
- Desire to contribute to strategic initiatives and elevate the visibility of design work.
- Commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, and sharing expertise with others.
- Openness to international travel and working in diverse environments.
