Talent Manager, Employee Relations
Our client, a leading organization in the corporate sector, is seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team. As a Recruiting Coordinator III, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition supporting recruitment and campus recruiting teams. The ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:HR Coordinator
Location:Spring, TX (100% onsite)
Pay Range:$30-34/hr
What's the Job?- Provide administrative support to Recruiters, Campus Recruiting Teams, and Ambassador Teams
- Service a Point of Contact for related interview day-of activities including troubleshooting
- Assist with administrative tasks and logistics for recruiting events
- Manage intake and ticketing systems for scheduling requests, triaging and assigning tasks efficiently
- Keep ATS up to date
- Coordinate interview scheduling (phone, virtual, onsite) and confirm details with candidates and interviewers
- Coordinate Travel arrangements for candidates
- Conduct interview debriefings
- MUST have 3-8years of experience in a recruitment/HR coordinator role
- Educational background in HR or related field
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Service Now, SAP Success Factors and MS Office
