Regional Talent Acquisition Supervisor

We are seeking a strong, experienced talent acquisition leader to join our dynamic global talent acquisition leadership team. The role will enable us to drive competitive advantage through people, translate business strategy into high‑value impact, and lead transformational change across a region or combination of regions.

• Lead a team of recruiters and sourcers, delivering experienced hiring recruitment activity for Exxon Mobil.
• Own and operate the executive recruiting process in partnership with business lines and centralized organizations.
• As a member of the Global Talent Acquisition leadership team, help ensure a unified approach across our business lines and centralized organizations that drives efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the development of future HR/Talent Acquisition leaders based on performance.

• 10+ years of progressive recruitment experience, including at least 5+ years in a supervisory/leadership role.
  
  Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Experience managing and hiring mid‑level senior executives within similar corporate environments.
• Proven success managing end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple regions.
• Strong people leadership skills with a focus on coaching, developing, and motivating diverse teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies, employer branding, and recruitment technologies (ATS, Linked In Recruiter, etc.).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with data‑driven decision‑making.
