Recruiting Coordinator

Our client, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: On-site at Spring, TX

Pay Range:

• Monitor ticketing system for incoming scheduling requests and triage assignments among the coordination team.
• Review request details for completeness and follow up with recruiters if information is missing.
• Schedule interviews (phone, virtual, onsite) based on candidate and interviewer availability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling conflicts, interviewer no-shows, and candidate issues, troubleshooting and resolving issues autonomously.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and serve as the main contact for travel-related issues, updating systems accordingly.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and vendors.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Clear and professional communication skills for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues during the recruitment process.
