This is a full-time, on-site role located at the Residence Inn Houston City Place (Spring, TX). As a Hotel Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance. You will be responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction levels, addressing guest concerns, and implementing strategies to enhance service quality.
Additional responsibilities include overseeing staff training, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational policies. Collaboration with team members to achieve operational goals and drive the overall success of the property is a key component of this role.
- Proven skills in Operations Management and the ability to oversee daily hotel operations effectively
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Strong Communication and leadership skills to manage staff and resolve guest concerns effectively
- Proficiency in Training and mentoring team members to uphold service standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and operations is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry is highly desirable
