Patient Care Coordinator - Receptionist

This role manages incoming communication, lobby flow, and basic scheduling
, ensuring every client interaction reflects SVIs professionalism and commitment to patient care.

Inbound communication and client experience.

• Greet and assist pet owners arriving for imaging appointments
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general email inquiries
• Schedule routine services such as ultrasound, echocardiography, and follow-up visits
• Manage patient check-in, discharge, and appointment flow
• Collect and organize patient records from referring veterinary clinics
• Maintain accurate patient records in Ezy Vet and scheduling systems
• Present estimates, collect deposits, and process payments
• Provide clear instructions for appointments and pre-procedure requirements

• Full-time, 8-hour weekday shifts.
• Rotating half-day Saturdays (approximately once per month).
