This is a part-time, on-site role based in Spring, TX, for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The RBT will work one-on-one with children to implement ABA therapy programs as outlined by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities include assisting with skill acquisition, managing challenging behaviors, collecting and recording data, and collaborating with family members to ensure progress and continuity. As a vital team member, the RBT will focus on fostering positive behaviors and helping clients achieve their developmental goals in a structured and supportive environment.
Qualifications- Proficiency in implementing ABA therapy techniques and behavior intervention plans
- Strong skills in data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, families, and other professionals
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability to work successfully with children with ASD
- Relevant certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus - Previous experience working with children, preferably those with ASD or other developmental disabilities
