is recruiting for a hospitality focused Director of Assisted Living/Memory Care to join our team! This role is responsible for the planning, coordinating, and directing of a wide and varied scope of activities and programming which meet the spiritual, emotional, intellectual, vocational, social, physical, and environmental needs of the residents.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Director of Assisted Living/Memory Care is responsible for the overall operation of our 30-room Assisted Living and 18-room Memory Care neighborhoods.

- Oversee all Operations for all Assisted Living/Memory Care.
- Participate in the integration of and ongoing training of the Heartfelt Connections™ Memory Care program at the community level in tandem with Memory Care.
- Maintain medical charting and required documentation under scope state regulatory guidelines for appropriate licensing and corporate policies.
- Serve as the department representative and coordinator of the Quality Assurance program for nursing services
- Labor budgeting with guidance from business office.
- Will lead daily stand up as the administrator.
- Have knowledge in all areas of local Health Department, OSHA, and other state regulatory agencies relevant to healthcare services
- Have Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Have Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
- LPN or RN(Required)

SALARY: $85,000 - $95,000, based on experience
