School Readiness Behavior Therapist (Entry-Level)

Join Action Behavior Centers – ABA Therapy for Autism as a School Readiness Behavior Therapist. You will work with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play‑based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting data, and communicating with the team. You will maintain a clean, organized therapy space and stay active with children throughout sessions.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 pm – 6:30 pm; 2 Saturdays 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. Position is full‑time.
Location: Spring, TX 77379.
Start Date: Immediate openings available!

Pay: $15.00–$26.00 per hour, based on education and ABA experience.

• Work one‑on‑one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play‑based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with the team.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands‑on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space.
• Be part of a supportive, mission‑driven team that celebrates progress and growth.

• Lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly with young children.
• Get on and off the floor frequently; maintain an active pace throughout the day.
• Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe.
• Minimum 18 years old, high school diploma or GED.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Commitment to ABC’s core value of team; may occasionally help support a nearby sister clinic.
