As a Home Health Physical Therapist
, you’ll provide personalized, one-on-one care in the environments where patients thrive. Location: Pasadena/Deer Park/Baytown Area. Additional openings available in Greater Houston and surrounding areas.

• Graduate from an accredited school program for Physical Therapy
• Texas Physical Therapy License (or able to obtain before anticipated start date)
• 1 year of experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and administer therapy to improve functional abilities and independence
• Provide physical therapy services, including range of motion, strength, mobility, and caregiver training, following physician-approved plans
• Educate families on physical therapy techniques and collaborate with team members for comprehensive care
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care; supervision of assistants is a plus
