Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) at Advanced Maintenance Solutions, LLC

Sanitation pay range: $50.00/hr – $50.00/hr (based on skill and experience). Benefits include mileage reimbursement, company‑paid cellular data, paid vacation, and 401(k). Reports to Director of Nursing/Physical Therapist.

At Home Quality Care (part of Advanced Maintenance Solutions). Founded in 1983, providing comprehensive home health & non‑medical home care in Texas, Illinois & Indiana. We are seeking a compassionate PTA to serve the Spring, TX area.

• Provides direct physical therapy under the direction of the physical therapist and according to the physician’s plan of care.
• Treats patients to relieve pain, develop or restore function, and maintain maximum performance.
• Directs and aids patients in active and passive therapeutic exercises, muscle reeducation, gait and functional training, transfer activities, and prosthetic training.
• Utilizes physical agents (heat, cold, water, light, electricity, ultrasound, massage).
• Observes and reports to the physical therapist and organization personnel the patient’s reaction to treatment and any changes in patient’s condition.
• Instructs patients on care and use of wheelchairs, braces, crutches, canes, and prosthetic or orthotic devices.
• Maintains necessary records (clinical notes and conference notes) incorporated into the patient’s clinical record within prescribed time frames.
• Participates in Organization Home Care Team meetings and Inservice Education Program.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program with an Associate’s degree in science or applied science approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Current certification or license as required by state law.
• Current CPR certification.
• Licensed driver with an insured vehicle in good working order per state or organization requirements.
