Base Salary of $65,000/annually plus commission potential

Prior experience with ABA or Pediatric Therapy is a plus!

Cole Health is searching for an energetic and passionate person like yourself to represent the Cole Health brand!

Position will cover various clinics in the northwest Houston, TX area.

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) for Cole Health, you would be directly responsible for patient acquisition, provider relations, community education and engagement. This may include visiting physicians, schools, and any other entity or organization that may have the potential to refer a patient to Cole Health. As BDM, you would be responsible for educating the community on all aspect of Cole Health’s services and motivate customers to choose Cole Health as their provider of choice.

The BDM must work well independently and self-motivate to achieve goals. This position will report directly to the Regional Business Development Manager at Cole Health.
