(Hybrid) In-Home Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Success On The Spectrum

Location:

Spring, TX area (Spring, Spring-Cypress, Humble). This is a hybrid role with two days in-person and three days remote per week. The position serves clients receiving in-home ABA therapy.

Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $/yr. The company notes that the actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

• Hybrid position:
  Work 2 days in-person and 3 days from home (telehealth) per week.
• Serve clients receiving in-home ABA (travel between clients required; all clients reside within the Spring, Spring-Cypress, and Humble area).
• Work Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (some evenings may be necessary).
• Maintain a 25-hour billable requirement.
• Perform assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc.).
• Create individualized, research-based client programs.
• Analyze client progress and update programs as needed.
• Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates.
• Supervise interns and RBTs in-home.
• Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training.
• Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests).
• Safety management.
• Cleaning duties.
• Maintain an organized, team-oriented in-home department environment.
• Behave professionally with all staff, clients, and caregivers.

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with clinical experience.
• Strong communication skills and a recruiter-like/parent-facing approach.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity (remote and in-person).
• Ability to train and supervise team members: BCaBA, RBTs, and interns.
• Adherence to pre-authorized service schedules and proper documentation of services provided.
• Comfort with travel between clients within the defined service area.
