This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Houston, TX, for a Loan Officer. The Loan Officer will be responsible for facilitating the loan origination process, assisting clients with their financial needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include conducting financial evaluations, managing loan applications, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver optimal mortgage solutions.

• Personal pipeline / Referral network preferred
• Strong knowledge of Loan Origination and Underwriting processes
• Experience in Finance and expertise with regulatory compliance in the mortgage industry
• Outstanding Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Prior experience as a Loan Officer or in a related role
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with internal teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
