• Strategic Planning & Forecasting:
  Develop and maintain long- and short-term financial forecasts to guide business decisions.
• Financial Modeling:
  Build and refine models to support strategic initiatives and profitability analysis.
• KPI Analysis:
  Monitor and interpret key performance indicators to drive actionable insights.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify and implement enhancements to financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Budgeting & Reporting:
  Prepare operating budgets, capital plans, and streamline global reporting using tools like Tableau.
• Business Partnering:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong understanding of KPI analysis, forecasting, modeling, and process improvement.
• Ability to implement new policies and procedures effectively.
