Revit Designer

Actalent is seeking a BIM Technician/Revit Designer to join our client in Houston, TX. This role involves designing construction and marine type projects, working extensively with Revit families and legends, and contributing to a variety of exciting projects.

• Design construction and marine type projects using Revit/BIM 360.
• Work with Revit families and legends to create comprehensive designs.
• Collaborate on creating accurate construction documents and blueprints.
• Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Receive training on marine concepts while applying Revit expertise.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Revit/BIM 360.
• At least 2 years of design experience in marine, construction, architectural, or industrial spaces.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, Civil 3D, and construction documents.

• Knowledge of Revit families, legends, and corridors.
• Experience in marine projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with BIM 360 is advantageous.
• Background in structural design and construction.

Contract to Hire position based out of Spring, TX.

Pay range: $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
