Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Front Office Supervisor at The Westin at The Woodlands, located in Spring, TX. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee daily front office operations, including managing receptionist duties, ensuring outstanding customer service, and facilitating reservations processes. The role involves supervising and supporting the front desk team, addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications
  • Strong supervisory skills to effectively lead and support a front office team
  • Proficiency in receptionist duties, including managing schedules, greeting guests, and handling multi‑line phone systems
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
  • Experience with reservations processes and systems
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with staff and guests
  • Ability to handle high‑pressure situations and resolve issues with professionalism
  • Prior hospitality or hotel experience is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications in hospitality management are a plus
