We are seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for producing engaging visual content for social media, email campaigns, product launches, and other marketing and product initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects under pressure, and contribute to a team that is committed to excellence and mission.

A deep understanding of the Christian publishing landscape is key to ensuring all designs align with our audiences needs and our companys values.

• Create eye-catching graphics, animations, and motion assets for social media campaigns, website, ads, and other marketing channels.
• Design visual assets for email campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and product development teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Translate complex messages into clear, visually compelling storytelling across digital platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency while exploring new creative directions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Contribute creative input during brainstorming and campaign development.
• Understands how AI integrates into your position.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, animation techniques, and social media best practices.
• Other duties assigned.

• Bachelors degree in graphic design, motion design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and digital campaign design.
• Excellent understanding of social media formats and design requirements (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts, etc.).
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure while maintaining creativity and quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Alignment with the mission and values of The Daily Grace Co., and familiarity with Christian publishing is preferred.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, balancing creativity with mission-focused communication. You are passionate about using design as a tool to point people toward Gods Word, and you see visual storytelling as a means of discipleship.
