This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Spring, TX. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales team operations, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing mentorship to team members, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities. Additionally, the Sales Manager will ensure team adherence to company standards and work collaboratively to achieve business goals.

• Proven expertise in sales strategies, customer relationship management, and achieving sales goals
• Strong leadership, team-building, and people management skills
• Strategic planning, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in the horticulture or retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
