Exxon Mobil's state‑of‑the‑art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

The U.S. Loyalty Advisor is responsible for supporting the execution of the U.S. retail fuels loyalty and partnership strategy and program performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the US Loyalty Lead, MSP loyalty and partnership team, and will support the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ program and overall partnership program performance (volume, penetration and profitability). The scope of the role includes loyalty program and partnership execution, innovation and optimization.

Additionally, the role will work with 3rd party vendors.

Spring, TX

• Support execution of Loyalty and partnership strategy
• Executes 1 Year Sales and Marketing plan initiatives
• Works directly with US Loyalty Lead
• Supports MSP execution of initiatives and campaign / offer tactics
• Will be required to work directly with key vendors
• Involved in business development opportunities with existing and new partners
• Collaboration with Marketing Communications team, Payments team and Field Marketing team

Skills and

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree
• Relevant experience in consumer loyalty programs
• B.S. or B.A. in marketing or a Bachelor of Business Administration with marketing concentration

Preferred Qualifications /

Experience:

• Experienced marketing professional
• Good interpersonal, commercial and negotiation skills
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Good understanding of retail fuels business & consumer marketing an advantage
• Strategic thinker;
  Analytical abilities and sound business judgment
