Job Title: Global Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: Spring, TX

Pay Range: $35-40/hr

Our client, a leading organization in the energy and infrastructure sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Global Supply Chain Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As a Global Supply Chain Coordinator, you will support the procurement process across multiple global sites, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities, aligning successfully with the company s commitment to operational excellence and inclusivity.

• Manage procurement tasks across nine global sites, ensuring all purchase order activities stay on schedule.
• Review quotes, track purchase orders line-by-line, and maintain detailed documentation for each transaction.
• Communicate daily with vendors, internal teams, and site contacts to provide updates and escalate issues promptly.
• Support procurement processes by following established workflows without altering procedures.
• Maintain accurate notes, track status updates by site, and proactively inform leadership of progress and challenges.

• Recent procurement experience, with familiarity in managing purchase orders and vendor communication.
• Proficiency with PDF, Excel, and EM Connect or similar procurement tools.
• Comfortable working with multiple monitors to manage parallel workflows efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly within a mature, well-defined process environment.
