We are seeking a Business Analyst to support process improvement, requirements analysis, and strategic coverage initiatives within the Equipment & Materials category. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly collaborative, and capable of driving insights that support enterprise‑wide value.

• Role drives enterprise-wide value by designing and executing coverage strategies for Equipment & Materials category.
• Ensures businesses are equipped to manage supply risk, respond to market dynamics & capture maximum corporate value and scale.
• Coverage Strategy Development:
  Architect and implement data driven strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring a total cost of ownership mindset.
• Commercial & Financial Optimization:
  Leverage internal & external intelligence, data & tools to develop insights and plans to capture and maximize businesses value.
• Market Intelligence & Risk:
  Assess global supply markets, supplier capabilities & geopolitical factors to identify risks & opportunities.
• Leverages Exxon Mobil scale and expertise to create new and disrupt traditional supply systems that generate structural cross-company value.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic cohesion & clear compelling recommendations to senior leadership.
• Solves organizational problems by analyzing business requirements, documenting processes and designing solutions.
• Senior Business Analyst would be typically able to conduct and interpret basic models, produce a complex business cases and is able to perform work of high complexity.
• Recommends process improvements and alternative solutions. Assists business users, project managers and leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects.
• Conducts interviews with key project stakeholders and document and presents the results.
• Facilitates change management efforts associated with project.
• May write and maintain user documentation.

• Requirements gathering, Visio, strong communication and presentation skills, process mapping, MS Office.
• Collaborative and proven ability to influence across multiple functions/matrix orgs.
• Strong capability in enterprise value identification, value growth, benefit capture, and portfolio value protection.
