Business Analyst III

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Business Analyst III to join their team. As a Business Analyst III, you will be part of the Strategic Development Department supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Business Analyst III
Pay Rate: $65-70/hr
Location:Spring, TX
Duration:12 months (potential to extend)

• Solve organizational problems by analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and designing solutions.
• Conduct interviews with key project stakeholders and document and present the results.
• Recommend process improvements and alternative solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Assist business users, project managers, and leadership in optimizing project scope, benefits, and risks.
• Facilitate change management efforts associated with projects and support documentation efforts.
• Enable commercial optimization, TCO model builds, supply chain risk mitigation and long-term value creation پایان across corporation

• Experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Proficiency with Visio and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with moderate work direction and identify issues or problems.
