Design, plan, develop and manage a product or portfolio of products throughout the solution portfolio lifecycle: from new product definition or enhancements to existing products, through planning, design, forecasting, production, to end of life.

• Lead and drive the end‑to‑end strategy and operational product roadmap for one or more products.
• Define the value proposition, target customer segments, and business case to bring innovative and disruptive products to market within the broader product portfolio.
• Synthesize market requirements (MRD) into marketing/customer details through intimate customer knowledge and business, financial, and industry market acumen.
• Advise key stakeholders on portfolio strategy across all lifecycle phases (planning, development, launch, management, exit).
• Create and drive goal alignment and collaborate across value‑chain partners to optimize margins and enable success across the product lifecycle (e.g., engineering, supply chain, marketing).

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry.
• Expert team skills with the ability to cross‑functionally drive influence, mentor, and lead teams for complex, ambiguous projects.
• Expert skills in cost‑efficient solution building and financial performance metric creation and analysis.
• Expert business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection.
• Ability to provide product‑specific technical training to the team.

Cross‑domain knowledge, customer engagement, design thinking, development fundamentals, Dev Ops, go‑to‑market expertise, partner management, product lifecycle management, security‑first mindset, strategic pricing, strategy creation, user experience (UX), value creation, vendor management.

United States:
Annual salary USD 126,500 – 240,500 in Colorado; USD 120,500 – 276,500 in Texas. Variable incentives may also be offered.
