- Perform vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned, following dealer and factory standards.
- Build customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring vehicle safety and reliability.
- Communicate regularly with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
- Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs with customer authorization.
- Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend necessary services to ensure safety and reliability.
- Document work performed on each vehicle accurately.
- Maintain an inventory of essential tools not normally provided by the department.
- Stay updated with factory technical bulletins and participate in training sessions.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to foster loyalty.
- Expanded service department to meet high customer demand.
- State-of-the-art, air-conditioned service bays and technician breakroom.
- Competitive flat-rate wages ranging from $45 to $60 based on experience and certification.
