POWERHOUSE - Personal Executive Assistant (Requires a minimum of 5 years experience as a C-Suite Owner level support AND Personal Assistant.)

Must speak/read/write fluent Spanish. Others will not be considered.)

THIS IS NOT A 8AM-5PM POSITION. You will be expected to be in an "on-call" role 7 days a week for matters that come up, meeting, travel, etc. and be comfortable working remote, in person, and to residences when needed. BE SURE THIS IS FOR YOU PRIOR TO APPLYING.

What WE expect from you:

* You must possess creativity and have exceptional organizational skills

  • Manages multiple, extremely active and ever changing calendars
  • Completing expense reports
  • Preparing correspondence that is, at times, highly confidential
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compile documents for travel related meetings and be able to plan for emergencies and back-up plans prior to them happening.
  • Plans , coordinates, and ensures that schedules are followed and respected.
  • Communicates directly, and on behalf of the Owner and Executive members, on matters related to the company and its initiatives.
  • Handles incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Owner, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature and determines an appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
  • Works closely and effectively with the Owner of all his companies to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities. Acts as a "barometer", having a finger on the pulse of all environments and keeping the him updated and accountable.
  • Maintains discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all Executive members and staff.
  • Schedules and attends all Executive meetings for meeting minutes and follow ups. (May required off site travel and over night travel.)
  • Expert level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bi-lingual is a must, as there are businesses overseas.
  • Must have emotional maturity and be thick skinned
  • Proficient in all apple products, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Reminders, Apple Notes, Pages, Apple Numbers), Adobe Acrobat, and social media.
