• Analyze and verify invoice data for purchases and expenses.
• Apply payments and organize backup documentation for weekly supplier payments.
• Communicate with vendors to reconcile purchase records and address discrepancies.
• Handle mailing of checks and ensure timely distribution to suppliers.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Review and verify expenses in line with company policies.
• Support the accounting team with various tasks, always bringing a willingness to learn and grow.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• At least 1 year of accounts payable and data entry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.
• Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment, especially during month-end close.
