Security Guard - Gatehouse Checkpoint

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying identification, issuing temporary credentials, and maintaining entry and exit logs at a utilities location.;
Monitor gates, doors, alarms, and/or video systems to help to deter unauthorized entry, and report irregular activity per post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating emergency response activities and notifying Allied Universal supervision and site contacts as directed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas, including building entrances, restricted areas, and perimeter points, with working environments and conditions varying by location.;
Complete security-related reports and documentation such as incident reports, shift logs, and access records, and communicate relevant updates during shift turnover.
