Execute daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement, including merchandising, pricing, setting and updating merchandise sales floor displays, sampling, promotions and price changes;
Lead a team of hourly team members including interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent;
Educate team on operational procedures, such as setting up and organizing merchandise, managing product stock levels, and maintaining sales floor areas;
Assist with and lead the daily execution of tasks such as receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas;
Assist with inventory accuracy, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and pricing for all areas of the store
