Type of Opportunity:
Full Time (0.9 FTE/36 hours per week)

Work Schedule:

12 Hour Nights

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing

• State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License

• BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire


• 1 year of Telemetry experience Preferred

Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring Patients:
    Continuously assessing vital signs and responding to any changes in condition.

  • Administering Medications:
    Ensuring accurate dosage and timely administration of treatments.

  • Operating Medical Equipment:
    Managing ventilators, monitors, and other life-support devices.

  • Collaborating with Healthcare Teams:
    Working closely with physicians and specialists to develop treatment plans.

  • Providing Emotional Support:
    Educating and comforting patients and their families during difficult times.

  • Maintaining Patient Records:
    Keeping detailed documentation of treatments and progress.

  • Responding to Emergencies:
    Acting swiftly in life-threatening situations, including resuscitation efforts.

  • Adhering to Safety Protocols:
    Following strict infection control measures to protect patients and staff.
