This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Office Manager located in Spring Valley, NV. The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, maintaining office equipment, and providing exceptional customer service. The Office Manager will also act as a point of contact between staff and clients, ensuring seamless communication and assistance with their needs.
Qualifications- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and staff
- Thrive and execute in a fast paced environment;
Excellent Communicator - Experience in administrative assistance and office administration, including managing schedules, records, and office operations - keeping our team on track and our CEO aware of on‑going priorities and projects
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Ability to lead projects, meet deadlines, schedule follow‑ups, and provide updates on several short and long‑term projects
- Human Resource experience (2-3 years)
- Billing experience (1-2 years)
- Insurance experience is a plus
- Proficiency in handling and maintaining office equipment
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency in computer software tools and all apple products
- Detail‑oriented with problem‑solving skills and an ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or degrees in business administration or a related field are advantageous
- Previous experience in financial or professional services is a plus
