Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

• Oversee and optimize daily production schedules and operations to meet targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and product specifications.
• Manage, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
• Implement and enforce all safety regulations and compliance standards within the production environment.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
• Monitor production performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Coordinate effectively with supply chain, maintenance, and quality assurance departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Proven experience in manufacturing production management.
• Strong understanding and application of lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop production teams.
• Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of quality control systems and safety regulations.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite) in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with automation technologies, Industry 4.0 principles, or smart manufacturing solutions.
• Proven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
