We are looking for driven, motivated, professional and friendly people who are safety-minded, love to please customers, and enjoy the idea of getting paid to work out all day. We’ll train you (while you're getting paid) on customer service, logistics, truck operations, sales and negotiation so you can wow our customers and develop skills to help grow your career!

Full-Time Jobs (4-5 days per week, 6-12 hours per shift)

Part-Time Jobs (2-3 days per week, 6-12 hours per shift)

No two shifts, no two weeks, and no two months are the same! You will have opportunities to earn overtime and you will have opportunities to take a little extra time off!

$20-25++ per hour depending on experience, comprised of a Base Hourly Pay rate and multiple Performance / Profit-Sharing Incentives... PLUS additional cash customer tips!

In addition to Driver and General Laborer positions, our team will consist of team leaders, shop managers, and a regional general manager. We love to promote people from within who have learned our business and grown with us!

Every day, week, and month is different. Some months you’ll have opportunities for overtime. Other times you'll have opportunities to take a little extra time off.

We’ll help you learn everything you need to know. We’ll train and coach you on developing extra customer service skills that will help you earn more and build more career opportunities.

We’ll also give you ways to earn extra money and get bonuses. You'll be able to calculate your earnings on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and will have lots of tips and tricks on how to maximize those earnings. Plus, when you wow the customer, you'll have lots of opportunities for great cash tips!

• Inspect the Truck – Use a checklist to ensure the truck is safe and ready to rock!
• Plan the Day – Meet with your teammates and operations leaders to ensure the most efficient day possible!
• Be Junk Kings – Crews of two will drive our big red beautiful trucks to customer homes and businesses, meet with customers, learn their needs and desires, and removing their unwanted items.
• Wow Our Customers – We take great pride in our commitment to going the extra mile and having the specific objective of “wowing” every single customer somehow!
• Empty the Truck – You’ll determine which items get recycled, which get donated, which come back to the shop for further sorting, and which go to the landfill
• Keep In Touch – Efficient operations means constant communications with your friendly, fun, operations leader who is committed to maximizing YOUR earnings!

• You are a safe and experienced driver and you are comfortable driving a truck. You don’t need a trucking license, just a good driving record, a commitment to safety and attention to detail.
