Pest Control Technician – Seasonal 4-Day Work Week, Paid Training and Quality Benefits!

• Perform pest control services and contribute to customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
• Work outdoors year-round and be willing to navigate and inspect crawlspaces as needed.
• Use basic hand tools, gas-powered augers, and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Maintain safety by following proven safety practices; participate in training and use provided safety equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service, effective communication, and professional conduct on-site.
• Learn and apply job-specific procedures during paid training and ongoing education.

• No pest control or termite experience required; a positive attitude, reliability, resilience, and willingness to learn are essential.
• Love working outdoors and have strong customer service, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to set goals, take pride in work, and work with basic tools and equipment.
• Willing to navigate and inspect crawlspaces; valid driver’s license is required.
• Interest in learning valuable skills while helping others; safety-conscious with a track record of following safety practices.
• 5+ years of work experience or 3+ years in a service-based or safe driving role is a plus but not required.

• Hours: 7 AM – 5 PM (No nights and Weekends)
• Seasonal 4-day work week
  :
  • August-February:
    True 4 Day Work Week
  • March – July:
    Alternating schedule (5-day week / 4-day week)
• Starting pay: $50,000 per year + Opportunity to Earn Monthly Production Bonuses
• Paid Training: Paid Category 7 State Certification training, extensive onboarding training, and ongoing continuing education
• Quality Equipment & Tools: Company vehicle, option to take vehicle home, company-paid cell phone, boots, uniforms, and all equipment needed to deliver exceptional customer service and results
