Position OverviewThe Marketing Manager will lead and execute all marketing, digital strategy, and brand development initiatives for Pure Mosaic Records and its roster of artists. This role requires a proactive, organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced release environment and is passionate about Christian music and ministry-focused artistry.
The Marketing Manager oversees social media, digital advertising, content creation, release marketing campaigns, artist brand development, You Tube strategy, and cross-team communication. This role ensures each artist’s message is communicated clearly, creatively, and consistently while stewarding the PMR brand with excellence.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy and Release Campaigns- Build, present, and execute comprehensive marketing plans for singles, EPs, albums, and music videos.
- Lead release kickoff meetings with artists and team members to align messaging, timelines, and deliverables.
- Draft and maintain release timelines, task lists, and internal communication through project management tools.
- Coordinate DSP pitch submissions, social plans, email campaigns, and promotional assets for each release.
- Track key analytics and provide weekly and end-of-campaign performance reports.
- Evaluate campaign results and recommend improvements for future releases.
- Manage Pure Mosaic Records’ brand social media profiles, ensuring voice consistency and meaningful engagement.
- Develop weekly and monthly content calendars for PMR and select roster artists.
- Assist artists with content ideas, scripts, prompts, trends, and posting structures that support brand identity and release objectives.
- Edit and publish short-form content across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, You Tube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
- Monitor community engagement, respond to comments and messages when appropriate, and maintain a healthy brand presence.
- Plan and lead content shoots, photoshoots, and video shoots.
- Produce or oversee creation of graphics, cover art, promotional reels, lyric videos, thumbnails, and marketing visuals.
- Manage post-production workflows, approvals, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain organized content libraries, naming conventions, and archival systems.
- Coordinate with videographers, designers, and contractors when outsourcing creative assets.
- Oversee PMR’s main You Tube channel, content upload schedule, playlists, metadata, thumbnails, and optimization.
- Develop growth strategies for You Tube, including Shorts, long-form video, and multi-artist content opportunities.
- Monitor analytics and identify opportunities to increase watch time, subscriber growth, and audience retention.
- Support artist channels with coaching, optimization tips, asset delivery, and channel management when needed.
- Facilitate brand audits and vision sessions for new and existing artists.
- Create and maintain Artist Brand Guidebooks including messaging, visual cues, bios, photos, and creative direction.
- Collaborate with artists to refine their online presence across socials, DSP profiles, and websites.
- Conduct bi-annual brand reviews, delivering clear recommendations for updates and improvements.
- Plan and manage ad campaigns for releases, tours, events, and brand initiatives.
- Monitor advertising performance and adjust campaigns for optimal ROI.
- Coordinate influencer, playlist, and partner marketing opportunities when appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with A&R, Operations, and Artist Management to ensure alignment across release schedules and brand direction.
