Job DescriptionUltium Cells LLC is seeking a highly qualified professional with extensive experience in IT system implementation and management, IT investment planning and budgeting, tangible and intangible asset management, and cross‑functional communication with IT‑related teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing Production and Logistics IT systems.
Job Responsibilities Production & Logistics IT System Management- Lead the implementation and operational configuration of large‑scale systems (e.g., MES, MCS) within the factory environment.
- Analyze and monitor system issues to drive process improvements and ensure seamless system integration.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for Headquarters and external vendors to align system requirements.
- Track and manage CAPEX and OPEX for major IT investments and factory‑wide system operations.
- Manage IT‑related service contracts, licensing agreements, and vendor payment milestones.
- Manage the full lifecycle (registration to disposal) of critical hardware (PC, scanners, printer, PDA, etc.) and software assets.
- Conduct comprehensive inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy of factory IT assets.
- Coordinate the procurement of specialized IT equipment and peripherals essential for factory operations.
- Execute additional technical or administrative tasks as required by the IT lead.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Engineering
- +3 years experience in information technology, including the following:
- Manufacturing Execution System Admin Experience (Assembly/Auto/Display/etc.)
- SAP ERP Base SCM/Manufacturing/Purchasing/Logistic related IT operation experience
- IT Planning & Operation Management experience
- Self‑directed and ability to work in a diverse workforce.
- Ability to solve problems by proactively collaborating with cross‑functional teams on issues.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours occasionally to support the team.
- Participate in remote meetings with LG Energy Solution teams as needed.
- Bilingual skills, writing and speaking, in English and Korean preferred.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- MS Office tool‑based report writing and oral communication skills.

Employee may be exposed to or working with hazardous materials and/or hazardous waste. Upon hire, employee will receive initial environmental training over RCRA, SWPPP, SPCC, and emergency escalation. Annual refresher training will be completed every year after to fulfill the requirements of 40 CFR. Other training to be provided as required.
