Dental Hygienist – Heartland Dental
Location:
2030 Crossing Circle, Spring Hill, Tennessee 37174
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:
Bi‑weekly hourly pay with the option for daily pay; daily and quarterly bonuses; $10,000 welcome bonus.

- Current dental hygienist license in TN and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR certification.
- Open to new grads or seasoned hygienists.
- Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs.
- Clinical experience as required by office.
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
- Availability for virtual or in‑person training sessions throughout the year.
- TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (standard requirement, not applicable in FL & TN).
